Technorati, 2008 asserts that all the blogs are not formed alike. In year 2002, there is 133 million blog directed by Technorati. It shows that 7.4 million blogs are posted in last 120 days, around 1.5 million blogs posted in last 7 days and 900,000 blog posts in 24 hours. (Technorati 2008)
According to European travel commission 2009, there are 60 % of European online clients are participating in Social computing activities for instance “reading or writing blog”, “reading and writing online consumers analysis”, or site up RSS feeds. Due to Forrester reading in (European travel commission 2009), approximately 4 million European internet users dynamically write Weblogs or journals.
Powazek (2006) shows the statistic that 74% of Asian thinks that most attention-grabbing of blogs are by family or friends. 50% of them believed that they can know more current affairs trough blog content. (Powazek 2006)
Microsoft Corporation 2009 shows 81% Malaysian are fascinated in the blogs of friends and family. Their second interested are about the blogs of popular actors and actresses (34%), pursued by famous musicians (33%), work generation (31%), commerce leaders (24%), and politicians’ blogs are 20% only.
As Malaysian, majority of people are interested of blogs of Kenny Sia. He is powerful because his blogs is more on daily life, and he really makes large amounts of money from his blog. (Best Blog Asia 2009)
